      Your hotel earns a 5% commission on every ride booked through the platform.

      Based on 50–100 rides per day at an average ride value of $20, your hotel can generate $1,500 – $3,000 per month in additional revenue.

    • How does billing work for hotels?

      Hotels (0–3 stars): Must register a corporate credit card, which will be pre-authorized for $1,500. Invoices are settled weekly. Hotels (4–5 stars): Get a $3,000 weekly credit limit and must pay invoices within 3 days to avoid a 3% penalty.

    • Can hotels pay invoices via credit card?

      Yes! However, a 3% credit card processing fee applies.

    • What happens if a hotel doesn't pay on time?

      Service will be suspended after 3 days of non-payment, and a 3% daily penalty fee will be charged.

    • How do guests book a ride?

      Guests can either ask the concierge/reception to book for them or use a self-service kiosk with integrated payment options (in select regions and venues).

    • Can the cost of the ride be added to the guest's room bill?

      Yes! Hotels can charge rides directly to guest room bills for easy settlement at check-out.

    • Can guests pay for rides in cash?

      No, all payments are processed digitally via the hotel's billing system or credit card.

    • What if a guest has a problem with their ride?

      They can report the issue via the automated support button on InHotel.ai, and Virtua Mobility will handle it with Uber's customer service team.

    • What if a guest forgets an item in an Uber ride?

      Guests can report lost items via the InHotel.ai support system, and we will coordinate with Uber to retrieve them.
